At Axil Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and exchanges for defective goods within 14 days of purchase.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 14 days; please note that roasted coffee beans are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them to our Melbourne roastery using a tracked shipping service.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement coffee or equipment within 3-5 business days.
